Approach waypoint: (Start with a GPS position clear of dangers to begin the approach into the anchorage, then provide GPS positions and depths at intervals during the approach).

Anchorage waypoint: (a GPS position taken while you are anchored).

X1 and X2: Two prominent landmarks that can be easily identified in an aerial photo (a church, one end of a beach or a headland).

Sailing Directions:(describe any dangers on approach, how to get into the anchorage or through a pass, what the conditions are like in the anchorage including shelter or exposure to winds, holding conditions, roll, wind gusts).

Points of Interest: (describe what you found at this location, any particular attractions or problems, and any other comments relative to images that you have taken.

Digital Images: Good pictures are an invaluable aid. We need photos of the approach and a photo taken from the anchorage plus supporting photos of any points of interest.
