Sam and Jess Bell provide experienced, professional and personalised attention to each vessel and offer a friendly club-like facility for captains and crew that need a ground base in Port Vila with fax, phone, Internet, a complete library of nautical charts of Vanuatu, cruising guides to Vanuatu and New Caledonia, and even a cup of coffee.
The young couple have served as professional superyacht captain and crew and are owners of their own cruising trimaran the "Kaleva". Sam is a highly trained and qualified marine engineer (marine electronics, mechanical engineering, telecommunications) and boat builder as well as a qualified superyacht captain. Jess is a qualified superyacht stewardess and deckhand, and speaks English, French and some Japanese, Spanish and Bislama.
Kaleva Yacht Services is located on the east side of the Port Vila waterfront 400m south of Yachting World's fuel wharf, just before the large cement private wharf. The trimaran Kaleva is moored in front of their office.
The office is open 7:30 to 16:30 Monday to Friday, but we are contractible at any time by GSM mobile phone and email.
